The Short Version
We’re a small Boston-based brand, not some big box chain. Everything we make is printed to order — custom for you, straight outta the shop. That means we don’t do returns or exchanges unless we messed up.
If We Screwed Up
If your gear shows up damaged, misprinted, or completely wrong, that’s on us. Email us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo. We’ll either refund it or send you a new one. You decide.
What Doesn’t Count
We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for:
Ordering the wrong size
Changing your mind after checkout
Worn or washed items
Deciding your cousin doesn’t like the design
Basically, if it’s not our fault, it’s final sale.
If You Qualify
Once we confirm the issue, we’ll handle it. In most cases, you won’t need to ship it back — we trust our customers (mostly).
